    The stats show that up to 50% of people who browse online via a mobile device will actually purchase! That's a huge market, and a much better conversion rate than a PC. There are several ways to approach this. All sites should as a basic minimum, work in a mobile screen - i.e. they reformat to the size of the screen they are being viewed on, but don't necessarily change the layout for optimum mobile viewing. A step further is to design a mobile version of your site that is only for small-screen mobile devices only, and that are not designed to work on a PC. The PC viewer still gets the full site experience.

    The best option is to have one site that re-formats itself to whatever screen size or platform it's being viewed on. Whilst this one-fits-all is preferable, it's not always an option with some platforms and technology.
